Moving Out Checklist

• Please leave behind your Pulte warranty book and your HOA guide for the new owners.

• Inform the HOA of the title transfer before moving out. Simply email callsfarmhoa@gmail.com with that information.

• Be sure to inform the buyers about this HOA web site (www.callsfarmhoa.org) so they know who to contact with any questions they may have.

• Inform your realtor about our annual HOA dues. They can handle the proration of the annual dues between the buyer and seller during the closing.
